I’m a guy and I was with a girl for the past 5 years and we recently broke up. We were about to get engaged but some things happened and we decided to part our ways. I am currently 29 and want to know if I am too old now to get married. Most of my male friends and relatives got married between 24-28. I feel like now I need to find someone and don’t know where to look since I met this girl in school and I am done school and my parents are not that social or know anyone and all the girls I know of are married themselves…Someone suggested online but I am hesitant about that. Places like ISNA or RIS crossed my mind but I’m not that type of person. I feel so hopeless now :frowning:

Look for someone in Pakistan. They'll be a lot of potential Rishtas there. If old babas can get married you can too. Try it bro.

Your girlfriend left…so what? Did she not want to commute out to the suburbs either? Besides, according to you, you’re engaged and have a fiancé already so why not stick with her? Were you planning on marrying both? :confused:

u don't need to worry.. whoever is destined for u will be with you soon in shaa ALLAH... i have seen many couples who remain together for like 7,8 years and then something wrong happen n they get married with someone else.. have faith and keep praying ALLAH will bless u with the best.

For goodness sakes, 29 for a guy is the perfect age infact even up to 35 is ok. Not thT you can't marry after that but even 15 years ago I used to hear that guys shouldn't get married before 30. I can't get past the too old to marry.
