**Islamabad—The bodies of two more soldiers were found Tuesday in the Siachen glacier’s Gayari area, taking the number of bodies recovered after the devastating April 7 avalanche to six. As many as 139 people, most of them soldiers, as also some civilians, were buried under the huge snow slide on the Siachen glacier, the world’s highest battleground where the guns of the Pakistani and Indian armies have been silent since a truce in 2003.
On May 29, all those buried in the avalanche were declared “martyrs” by the Pakistani army. The first body was recovered May 27. Another shaheed found yesterday. The total I believe now is 11 recovered.

**Siachen tragedy: Rescuers recover 3 more bodies
According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), 13 bodies have been recovered so far since rescue operations began after an avalanche buried 140 people, including 129 soldiers and 11 civilian employees, in the late hours of April 7, 2012.
Four bodies are yet to be identified.

ISPR Major Zakaul Haq body is also recovered!
**ISLAMABAD: ** The number of bodies found from the Giari avalanche site has risen to four after rescuers recovered another officer’s body on Sunday.
According to the statement issued by the military’s media wing, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the body has been identified as Major Zakaul Haq.

Siachen talks in progress, there should be only one solution to this confict, and that is withdrawal of troops.
how many more lives will be put at stake over this issue?
