Has anybody used it? If yes, then what geometry techniques would you recommend I shoud practice before I get my hands on the software? As far as I know, basic geometry knowledge will get the job done, but I would like to know how other experienced users get around the technical/mathematical problems they come across.
Re: AutoCAD 2006
i used it for my graphics class ...
we consulted "analytic geometry" books and resources..
wats your problem... i mean wats the technical problem u've come across?
Re: AutoCAD 2006
^
Isn’t that supposedly for dummies?
Mr.Genius- Is it okay if I contact you to ask a few questions? Oh and are there any online tutorials for the software? I need help with commands and some other technical stuff.
Re: AutoCAD 2006
uhmmm ... ok.. i don't have CAD installed on my comp anymore... just ask wat u have to and i will try to answer to the best of my knowledge
Re: AutoCAD 2006
Ummmmmm Yes, if you possess the authentic CD, under the tab of documentation you’ll find answer to all your questions.
Have fun kiddo!
Re: AutoCAD 2006
Do you have or know any CAD tutorials that will teach me about the commands and functions? I am terrible at it! Figuring out the geometry of it is no longer a problem, it’s the commands and their functions that’s giving me hard time.
TODD- I don’t have the actual software, however, I am taking AutoCAD class at school and I find myself struggling as I am the only one in the class who isn’t familiar with the software AT ALL.
Re: AutoCAD 2006
I can only offer you the documentation from the CD as for tutor I used (now that's old school for you) the ViaGraphix for earlier version of CAD14. If you want the documentation PM me your e-mail address.
