Authority

:salam2:

Orders and Laws (misc. matters) are prescribed in the book “Holy Quran” by “Almighty Allah” and in hadiths "the sayings of Prophet Muhammad :saw2: ".

I believe at that period there was no answers of such question i.e. why this? and why that? What if? and what if not?. The way of life was very simple and followed as it prescribed. I don’t remember exctly, maybe I read or heard that when someone asked why this or that to the any Companion (Sahabi r.a.) of Prophet Muhammad :saw2: , the Companion replied: 'What He :saw2: told thats it!" No further discussion no further explanation and nor any kind of sufficieny in any matter.

Even the Scholars of Four School of Thoughts said “if you find our comments (narration) contrast sayings of Prophet Muhammad :saw2: than you should throw our saying at wall - which mean reject it at all”.

My Question is 'nowadays, who have given the authority to these Scholars/Aalims etc., that they are eligible to decide whether this or that permissible or not and leniency can be added in such and such?

Secondly, I think these scholars/Aalim should verdit only those matter which related between ‘Servant and Master’ and NOT for any wordly affairs, what I meant here if a person approach to any scholar or an aalim and ask if there is any leniency enabling him/her do this or that thing. Lets say if a woman comes and ask is it allowed to a woman obtain driving license or not?. So such matters which is only related to worldly affairs shouldn’t considered at all.

Making decision either ‘yes’ or ‘no’ divide us more and more easily into many many groups and we all remain in fight with each others and that is how ‘Shaitan’ created ‘fasaad’.
