yep..this is the 6th month.

We give orders throughout the day, and expect students to follow directions the first time around. It’s a draining job. Buy the end of the day you’re so exhausted, that when you go home, you expect everyone else (that is not your student) to listen, follow directions, get with it, make your life easier. And when they don’t…that authoritative tone can kick in…as though it never checked out when you signed out from work at the end of the day.

I can see the good in it the though, the job can make you a bit more assertive.

At least you KNOW that you’re overdoing it…so that means that you have the ability to tone it down when necessary. Some people don’t realize that at all

I don’t find anything wrong with this…an authoritative tone helps you be assertive when you know you are right and gives a stronger image…

but using it “all” the time can be annoying for people around…just avoid using it in all situations..werna in itself its not a bad habit
