Which translations are considered authentic by certain groups and/or sects? Also, which tafseer-ul-Quran are considered authentic by different groups and/or sects? Which translation/tafseer do you read?
Also, is the translation of the Quran by ‘Syed Shabir Ahmad’ considered authentic?

Pickthall, Yusuf Ali, Irving (English)
Maulana Moududi, Taqi Usmani and more (Urdu)
I don't konw about Shias most popular translation.

The Khalifites(19ers),
Mutazalities/Qur'ânites and the Submiters use the translations by Ghulaam Ahmad Parweiz and Rashid Khalifah's translation. These people also approve of Pickthal's translation as being 'ok'.
Ikhwan ul-Muslimoon use Abu a'la Maududis' translation.
As far as i know 'Ahlus Sunnah' use Yusuf Ali's translation.
'Ahlus sunnah' and 'Ahlus Sunnah wal Jamaah' use The Noble Quraan by Dr. Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din Al-Hilali and Dr. Muhammad Muhsin Khan. The Ulamaa have said that this is the most authentic translation.
