oh and chicken with bone or boneless

Re: authentic chicken karahi ingredients

I cannot say which ones are authentic but I can give an idea as I have tried Chicken karahi many times with different recipes and ingredients.

I did not like the taste of ghee but if you like it try it with ghee, I prefer oil
I once used coriander powder and it changed the tast completely, so I would not put coraiander powder at all. No coriander seeds either.
I tried kasuri methi and we both (me and husband) liked it and thought it kind of tasted like restaurant karahi.
You can search for karahi recipe here and try that, I would add kasuri methi and make it like the recipe available here.
