Federer's loss is a big upset but I guess he is right when he said in post match interview that he has created a monster and he has to win every grandslam but still semi final isnt bad. He was pushed to limits in an epic second round match but then again i think he wont be as dominant as much. He will still end up with the highest number of tournaments.
Amazingly, it will be after 10 grandslams that neither Nadal or Federer will feature in a grandslam final.

I think if Ivanovic learns to put her emotions aside in such huge matches she can win a lot of big titles. I mean come on, u r in a competition, someone's gonna come out the loser. It sucks when its you, but don't cry!

Finally! She has won...but Im still not convinced she can keep the high level of performance through out a year. This is yet to be proved.

I think if she stays injury-free she will have a good year. She's actually always been pretty consistent. Even though she didnt win a grandslam for a couple of years after her Wimbledon win, she made it to the semis in almost all the grandslams and other major tournaments and she has managed to stay at the top in her rankings as well. So it's all pretty good.
Clay is her worst surface so I dont know how she will do in the upcoming clay-court season. She does have a lot of points to defend at the French cuz she made it to the semis last year.

First set goes to Tsonga 6-4. Djokovic is off the role t the moment and producing too many errors.

djokovic needs to get his first serve percentage up and he will win easily. If keeps serving the way he is right now, i give this match another hour :-/

^He has not been able to produce one of his best serves, but at the moment he is lacking of anything. Be It volley, backhand or and serves.

Oh, dont give up that soon. The play is not over yet and he is famous for fighting back. Djokovic will win, he has had some stability in this very game. Its 2-3 for Tsonga second set.

errrmm i would love for djokovic to win but this is the same stability that Nadal would show in some of the points but it really amounted to nothing. But hey who knows, maybe Tsonga will have a brain fart or something
