Abay, stop this propaganda. The poll is months old, and the newspaper denied it ever planned on publishing photos. This issue is long settled, stop fueling a flame that took so long to stop.
We muslism have a problem dwelling in the past. Like when our ottoman empire sailed in circles around spain . Or when we demonstrated about a cartoon for more than a year.
hskhan u are right, i wish ppl protested half as much for the atrocitis in darfur as they did for tha cartons. Sadly they were mindless masses whipped into a frenzy as a tool of political ambitions of some groups.
If you look at the date, well there is no date so that proves my point! You are on about the previous petition. You seem to find it extremely upsetting at seeing a petition which you think is fueling old flames, i will tell you what is fueling old flames, new caricutures of our beloved prophet being produced. And what propaganda are you exactly on about? All i posted was a petition to stop a racist cartoon from being published.
You are 100% right in that we should be campaigning for our brothers and sisters who are in need of help such as darfur etc who are unfortunately suffering. I hope there is some kind of petition we can sign for that too, as to help them. As muslims we must give money and aid to them Insha’ALLAH and not just stand back and watch.
