For obvious reasons, half naked women are less of a security problem than someone (man or woman) who could potentially be hiding weapons in a burqa. All the aussies are asking is that the burqa be removed if necessary for security reasons. If that's a problem stay indoors all the time in your burqa, the aussies won't care.

Personally if security concerns are there then there should not be a problem with removing viels from the face just to positively identify it is a woman and not some man behind those clothes.
Also I look down on men who wear womens clothes to do thier nefarious activities… if you must go round on a mission make sure you wear the right kit.
