Australia is new to this 20/20 so it would take time to adjust. But once they are adjusted, watch out people. The Ashes will still be won by Australia quite comfortably. Arguably this Australia team is one of the best ones in the history of the game. Ponting is pure class and a great leader.

At least 5 of this aussie team has twenty twenty experience so they cant say they didnt adjust. England wanted it a bit more, thats it.

England has not been playing this game for ages. Aussies are the most likely to win the ashes, I don’t have doubts.

No doubt current australian side is possibilily the best ever, but the current english is also a very competent side which we haven’t seen lately. So lets hope for the best i.e. aussie kick asssss

What an insult for the frigid, haughty, egoistic, self-centered and disdainful Aussies.....they deserved it in the light of all boastful statements issued by them so far. Whether or not, this humiliating defeat would have any serious impact on Aussies' pursuit of the Ashes this year, it would definitely shut them up them for few weeks!! Not bad at all, I would say…

Wow, I am amazed by how much everyone is praying for Aussies to lose.I guess we are tired of aussies walloping everyone's ass.What I find really amusing is if and when they lose a series,or even a match,everyone will start acting as if australia is the worst team in the world.

well one thing has to be cleared..
This Australian team has accomplished what NO other team ever did.. all those records they have posted in the books, will take a long long long time to be broken. so if they loose a minor non-valued match that was played for nothing more than just a psycological advantage..so what, it can't overshadowed their acheivements... England played well, they deserved to win.. BUT.. we can't say that aussies deserved it.and we certainly know it all that they won't sit down and hope for a miracle.... they will turn it around.. to me this will be the closest ashes in recent history.. i hope the weather stays good too.. good luck to both teams..

Jatt dude, indeed we are tired of seeing them kicking asses . But there is a reason everyone became so excited after this result. Not because this match or its result is predicting some future results but every one could sense before the start of the tour that this current english side has got potential to give them a tough fight and can kick aussie ass. If you remember recently they beat aussie in ICC knockout semi final as well. And i don’t agree that everyone will start acting after their loss as if they are the worst side. Yes,
Australians proved themselves to be the kings of cricket these days. They have lost the 20-20 but it does not mean that England has saved their "Ashes" from them....

khan2 dude, Jazbatee mein nahin aap ho rahe hain australia kee haar(wish) ko leke. for the records,people who r most tired of australia winning all the time r aussies themselves,who r craving for some competition.as all the matches involving australia r invariably one-sided and most of the test matches don’t reach fifth,or even fourth day.Cricket Australia is also losing lot of ticket,TV and sponsorship money as a result.so putting things in perspective,we don’t mind Australia losing once in a while.So There:snooty:
