Ahh!! I did NOT know that. Since IPL is a body recognized by all country's cricket boards, shouldn't they be making sure their T20 tournaments do not disturb any other international tours? That's something the ICC should enforce.
There are always International tours. English players are missing out on IPL as well. Some players have rightly asked ICC to have a month off international tours during IPL, this will allow everyone to participate, and prevent players from leaving their countries to play in the IPL.
