its called a Tram
and this tram came out i believe like 2-3 years ago... hmm lemme think it was around some big event... and it was running for free around the city.. and they had conductors like in pakistan... with the bhangra blaring out the tram.. and oh not to mention the dancing
oh, and its in Melbourne.. not Sydney :)
