This reminds me of the last time I went to Pak. I was stepping out with my Aunt and ran into this Aunty. Well, technically, she's can't be called an Aunty, cuz she's my Nani's friend. Anyways, the moment she saw me and was introduced to her, she let out a huge wail and then started rubbing her hands, and went something like, "Haw hai, nazar di ainak?" while tsk tsking away!
Needless to say, I was never seen in that mohalla without my contacts on. I just couldn't afford to be startled about my appearence like that again!
