Aunt Mable's dog Pippin in Come Outside

Any British guppies know what the breed of the dog in the kiddy program Come Outside is?? Same breed as in the Dulux paint advert.

My English friend took me round to her place and she has a dog like that, my God he was so huggable, cuteee and friendly (covered me in his slobber). :hug:

I think I’m in :love:, I’d probably not see her for a few days now so I can’t ask her so that’s why I’m asking you lot, I think I want one as well, if only I could persuade my parents (my mom loves them but my dad hates animals especially cats and to a lesser extent dogs).

I dont know what they're called and even tho im not a huge fan of dogs i have to admit Pippin is so cute. My daughter loves that programme-its pretty old and its on Cbeebies but she loves it. I'll ask my hub if he knows what the Dulux dogs r called.

Dulux dog is called old English Sheepdog.
Pippin is a Bearded Collie

Silly me thought they was the same breed, they look so similar, I don’t know which ones her dog now.

I don’t blame your little un for watching CO, I’m 18 and been watching it since I was about 5-6, it’s one of the few programmes I don’t mind my little relatives watching when they come over, I can’t stand any of the modern American stuff like the silly action cartoons, but stuff what I watched as a kid such as this, postman pat, playbus, blue peter and zippy etc. bring back naustalgic memories so I secretly like to watch them.. :slight_smile:
