if you are on size 12 Uk to pakistan then how will you come back to Uk in size 10?! it is usually when people visit in village where there are not a lot of foods serve. it happens to me when i go to city not village, they serve me a lot of foods and i gain weight even though they said it is rude to refuse the food they serve. it is different in village. i wish i go to village so i can eat less than city.
