Audit report: first two quarters of calendar year 2006.

Meeting held at Danish Manzil.
Committee comprising of esteemed members : me, myself and yours truly.
Meeting agenda : To critically review the performance of moderators and admins, particularly in the two quarters of 2006 ending june 31, 2006 and generaly all the three quarters of year 2006. And put forward recommendations.
Before the start of formal review, the respected committee noted that the new breed of moderators (appointments, post june31, 2006) is not professional and lacks comunication skills. Despite repeated instructions from the director to introduce themselves, they have remained unmoved. As members waited for a introductory speaches, apart from one, none of them tried to familarize themselves in this new role.
The esteemed committee recommends bi-weekly interactive commincation workshop, administered by atleast two admins to help them overcome their limmitations.

The committee noted the performance of admins during that period and found it satisfactory; in the areas of general governance and day to day affairs.
However, committee took strong exception of the strife which took place some time ago, it got undue media attention and caused avoidable nuisance.
Thus the revered committee solicit an Impartial inquiry and submission of the report latest by October 28, 2006 at the Director's office, Birmingham UK.
The Director is hereby requested to make the findings public( if deemed fit for public), and penalize the offender for brining disrepute to the Gupshup.
