Re: audio/video synchronization problem
I use STOIK Capture. Its a pretty decent software that lets me capture video thru 1394 Firewire on my bakwaas p3-500 laptop when all other programs including Windows Movie Maker gave up on me.
Oh and sound works just fine too. See for yourself
