so, i have this video, and the problem is with audio/video synchronization. the audio comes about 2 seconds earlier than the video. i have tried to look for some program, but nothing worked. i was wondering if someone could suggest one.
oh, the vid is in .wmv, and i am running on windows XP

I use STOIK Capture. Its a pretty decent software that lets me capture video thru 1394 Firewire on my bakwaas p3-500 laptop when all other programs including Windows Movie Maker gave up on me.
Oh and sound works just fine too. See for yourself

Work with any decent video editor and you will have to manually fix this problem. In most video editor you will have two layers one for audio and one for video (premier, vegas etc) You will need to move the audio layer back and forth till you find the perfect spot where the audio and video will start matching.
