I think what you do is press the upload button right away. without first browsing for the audio file first??

You have to press the "Browse" button. Then look for the MP3 file you have and select that file, after that you press OK,
and then press 'UPLOAD MP3' button... this should work. I have just tested this, so there is nothing wrong with it.
