The thread “all I wanted was..” is not a real personal situation. It was a case study to complement the “if he asks you to…” thread. It was brought on by mixedbeauty’s views in that thread on what if her fiance asks her to have sex with her before marriage.
The case study though has happened in real life. It is true. This did happen and I am sure there are thousands more cases where women and their bodies are abused and used in such a manner.
There is nothing disgusting about it or disgusting about discussing about it. The mods however closed the thread. Smart alecsnot.

Woman are creatures who are highly succestible to being emotionally blackmailed and being manipulated in to situations. Men they will use you, abuse you and if you do not match their expectations or pleasure them enough they will leave you. It is so easy for them to send Divorce papers over or end an engagement. People here are very much capable of giving a non islamic point of view HOWEVER people just started on you when your gave a WRONG FACT about islam.. Otherwise ppl on GS dont have nothing against others who chose to have an active sex life b4 marriage at the end of the day majority understand you have your own grave to lay in. :)

For us muslims , Islam is the way of life and our lives revolve around values that Islam teaches us. Why would you expect us to look at things in a non-islamic way..?
If you are muslim and feel non-islamic , then may Allah give you hidayaa.. and if you are a non muslim, then I would say , to each their own.

But in your example the girl was nikahfied, right? So she was his wife. You should have made it more relevent by keeping them engaged not married.
But if you were trying to prove your point you should've just said it in mixedbeauty's thread.

I agree CB and with Lady L that it is not that we are not capable of giving a general point of view. Infact I just did but because we are Muslims, our minds are conditioned to keep religion side by side with other thoughts so automatically our thoughts go to that side.

However it got closed and I felt bad that my thread got closed and started this one. Yes the girl in question was Nikkahfied and it actually did happen. The girl was Nikkafied, she had sex and the husband divorced her.

Sum Ameen and I agree with you Lady L. I am a proud Muslim and proud to use my religion to give examples for day to day situations. Islam is so vast, it has solutions to each and every conceivable problem that we may encounter.

If you ask scientist, he will give you scientific reasons...
if you ask doctor, he will give you health reasons...
If you ask a muslim, he/she is bound to add a Islamic prospective specially when Islam does not only mean smashing your head in front of God 5 times a day like you are paying off debt but its more than that..its the do's and dont's of life ..a better way to live life...
and finally I am fed up of the posts trying to prove all men as evil. There is an evil inside every human be it guy or girl, its the matter of when the evil wakes up and take over...I dont dispute the fact that it takes over more in men than women but not in percentages depicted here in different posts ...

I would love to know how u came up with this conclusion by the case study. I think its more of a personal opinion than anything in the case study. Secondly, I personally agree with ur opinion and for me the reason is my religion. Rest of the other stuff that men are this or that is garbage IMHO.
