Nai shak…i meant the revviving policy let it be 1 yr but not rigid.Let it hv a lil flexibilty.If the old threads quality n content isnt jeopardized let it come bk up…if its jeopardized then lock it.

Hmm everyone’s definition of quality varies, maybe we can judge it by the number of posts a thread has? If its huge then we can allow it to be revived? Or something like that

I suggest reveiwing the “not reviving threads older than 1 year”.

Reviving older threads gives the newbies opportunities to see how older cafeties were.
BUT
The negative point abt this wud be…older threads would derail and lose their charm.
In my opinion, the policy shouldnt be totally removed instead just be a little flexible.

Hmmm some valid points here, though tbh noone’s flooded Cafe all last year. People must understand my suggestion for this ‘‘policy’’ was trying something new in Cafe and wasn’t against any particular person. I know pretty much all the Cafe crowd, I’ve known LP for a couple of years, IS was my Mod, Inno is also my friend etc. However saying that I have no problems in admitting that you have a valid point and since this Urdu issue is:

a) Cafe specific
b) A minor policy

then I and my Mods would have no problems changing this if this is what you guys wish!

And thank you for the last line! Cafe team decided that Cafe is visited by you guys more than anyone else and its ‘‘boundaries’’, Cafe-specific policies, should reflect what you guys wish them to be!

Please keep your views coming, this thread will stay up for a whole though I will review this thread on Sunday and make any necessary adjustments to any policy

1. Please don’t fill the first page with sticky threads
2. I think a thread "New Member : introduce ur self " is not helping new to flooding around bcoz if new member will open a thread and we’ll be there to talk with him/her then he/she ll feel more comfortable to flooding around else in that thread it ll be hard to find his/her own post and reply :cobra:

• Yes now you can make Urdu posts and titles and what not
• Threads can be revived once in a while, instead of everyday
