They did not attack Pakistanis because at that time Pakistani ISI was fully involved with khariji activities in Afghanistan.
While they did not attack Pakistan, they did use Pak's territory to kill people in other countries, like Afghanistan. Pak was thus responsible for the crimes they were committing in other countries. It was Pakistan's responsibility to get rid of criminal terrorists working and training in Pakistan.
No militancy and training should be allowed in Pakistan.
The solution to stop their attacks against Pakistani Muslims is not to relent to their demands, but to stop their fasad against Islam and Pak.

As I said, it is not a civil war against Pashtuns. This is a war against criminal terrorists.
This has nothing to do with America, Israel or India. This is about removing criminals amongst us.
Fact is that these people are the major hurdle in Pakistan's development and purging of American and Western influence on us.
People who support them are enemies of both Islam and Pakistan. Because these terrorists do not represent Islam; and they attack Pakistani government, army and civilians, regardless of their ethnicity.
