sure, identify any and all potential masterminds, but that does not mean that while people are doing these investigations that the alleged pawns are allowed to freely roam about and kill innocent people.
btw do we really think that the security agencies are not looking at all angles already? I mean if ppl on a discussion forum can come up with scenarios that the security agencies can not then thats a whole diff situation
btw..masterminds cant do anything if the pawns are eliminated. so even if there are some masterminds, stopping the pawns is going to end it.
