Pakistan has sunni muslims in majority, that means more sunni areas than shia areas (even if there is such a thing as a shia sunni area). They will go through sunni areas and they are free to do matam in whichever area they want.

And like I said there’s a specific route they follow which is approved by the local government and law enforcement. Not like they plan their route on the spot and deliberately go through sunni ‘areas’ to do matam.

so was it a pre-planned massacre then if what Khoji is saying below that the masjid was well known place of SSP?
