Folks, I think the responsibility of this terrorism lies with provincial government.
First of all, what's the point of allowing a "banned" outfit like Sipahe Sahaba when govt itself has banned it due to its terrorism and sectarian hateful rhetoric.
Secondly, the location they allowed for the rally of that terrorist organization was the one where the largest procession of Karachi takes place, Nishter Park. I wonder why no one in govt thought what will happen when these terrorists are allowed to gather around the Muharram procession.
Thirdly, it is being said that the law enforcement agencies were all missing after the stage was set for the terrorists to show their ugly face.
Before people shrug their shoulders by thinking this strike "just" against shias, one must remember that the same terrorist group is waging the war against Sunnis as well. And has allied themselves with al-Qaeda and Taliban.
Thus they are enemies of not just shias but also of sunnis and the state of Pakistan in general.
