I had an accident with some minor injuries on my forehead (4 stitches) … for next 4 days my face was swollen like 2-3 wasps have bitten me all over. I still have that scar on my face which is easily visible.

when i look at Malala’s face (there were pictures of her 2-3 days after she was shot) I don’t see any such thing .. either the bullet didn’t even touch her skull .. probably might have burnt few hairs and thats it or thats all big BullSh**T

Judging from your post, you are more concerned about the cosmetic consequences of the stitches on your face.. while if I was you I would immediately go to have a thorough brain scan done..
