why my attachment option is off? how can i paste pics here???

On ur right side under temp quickie u have option image upload: your PC URL
Click on Your PC **to upload it from your PC or click on **URL if u would like to insert image directly from website.
or
In any thread while/after entering comments, click on go advance button, and click on Insert Image button to select any 1 option From Computer **/ **From URL to upload image.

dear the instruction u hv said me i hv seen all. in advance botton there is no option such like that. and in temp quickie the process don't go further.
actually at the bottom of the page there is written posting permission. and for my page there is written like that;
You may post new threads
You may post replies
You may not post attachments
You may edit your posts
so attachment option is off . so there is no show .

follow these steps 
**Click on Settings **on ur right panel.
On your left panel click ‘General Settings’ under ‘My Settings’.
In ‘General Settings’ (scroll down) U’ll find ‘Thread Display Options’ where 3 check-box options availabe. Check them all.
Then further below u’ll find two check box options "Enchanced Attachment uploadings" under "Miscellaneous options".
Check the first option “Enhanced attachment uploading on”
Click on save changes n try.
I hope it will work now

I am also facing the same problem !!!
I am a new member ( 2 days ) and have about 35 posts so far.....
tried asking GS for help as well... no answer so far !!!!
