Well, I dont know anyone whos converted their house into brick unless they have relatives someplace outside... What jobs are available to villagers besides agriculture? And we all know agriculture hasnt grown as fast as it should... The fact that half of Pakistan isnt living abroad is the reason why more people dont have brick houses... Because they cant afford it.
By the way, we had electricity in my village way back in 1983... But then we also have many people in the army so that helped.

What is the education level of villagers ? how they can even apply for jobs.
