I live in the US and planning to go to Pakistan later this month. DO they have ATM Machines where I can withdraw money from my american bank accounts? and I can use my american credit cards(Visa) in pakistan as well right? I’d appreciate ur help

Yes in the cities you can still withdraw your money from like for like banks for example Llyods and American express...
However best to double check with your local sources.

It depend which type of card do u have. As u said Visa card then you can withdraw the money only from those bank which accept world wide visa card. U can withdraw pakistani currenly but they’ll charge u some interest i.e. bank interest + curreny rete of exchange.
Better u keep US$ with u while travelling or just make a draft (FEBC) to the nearst bank in Pakistan.
