once i tried Atkins but couldnt continue for more than 5 days… Eating high protien made me go :yukh: everytime i saw meat… I loved the cheese part though :smiley:
But was amazed at the 5 days results i lost 5 kgs in 5 days… amazing… but then again you dont have to risk your health for it, high protein is bad for the liver and produces toxic juices, thats why you are supposed to drink plenty of water.

I know i need to shed some weight and Atkins seems like a good option to get rid of it in just a few days. :wink: but eating healthy and working out is good for you and your body.

There’s plenty to eat … chicken for starters and it doesn’t have to be desi style curries which most of us have been eating for years. :smiley:

schweet mah dear, That is criminally unfunny :)

As for the rest of you. I ate 4 rotis, loooooooooots of saag, a slice of lasagne, boiled veg, broccli (sp) a mars bar, a packet of crisps and put on not one pound. wooooooooo

But back on the atkins today.

I JUST wanna loose 1 stone. 14 measliy pounds :(

Ask Mad sci, he loves it there. Its his most favourite place in the world. He owns 3 houses there (its a place in the UK)
