I'm thinking of going too......but I don't like to purchase at the gates.....so will likely get them soon.

Hershey Center is in Mississauga - 5500 Rose Cherry Place, Mississauga, L4Z 4B6
Tickets are supposed to start from $35 plus tax and go up to $99 plus tax. I checked at Indo Pak last night and they had run out of the $35 ones.

it going to be happen on 9th of july at Reliant Arena in Houston, and ticket cost is $35. I dont think you need to pay any tax on it as far as I heard on radio.

Awww, we've got guests coming into town that weekend I am concerted out after IIFA, so I'll have to give this concert a miss.

We went to Atif's live concert last time he was here that was in Hershey center too. 2 years down the road, I still rue those 180$ spent. We should have bought bubbles water for $180 and enjoyed bubble blowing more than concert.

If it were anyone but Atif Aslam - dunno what ppl's fascination is with his voice "texture" - no technique and use of voice enhancers don't make a singer.
Sunidhi is talented but wouldn't go to a concert only for her... Shreya Ghoshal on the other hand, I'd totally go!

I think I went to the same concert and I know what you're saying. Funny enough Richa Sharma (her dam mast kalandar was fabulous!!!) and Amanat Ali (the Saregamapa one) were AMAZING! I enjoyed Kailash Kher as well. Atif on the other hand was a disappointment. He's better on CD than live.

As last minute thing...I ended up at Mosaic festival on Sat and saw Saeen Zahoor and many other performaces, thought it was awesome....
The only concert of Atif Aslam I have been to was back in 2009 at International Center ...and thought it was great....he was still pretty good at that time and sang all the songs from his new album.....there were also many other singers in that concert.
Now I just don't know what happened to him in past 2 years, the way he behaves and sings, not the sign of a true artist.

i was at the same concert. we had bought tickets for one of the last rows all the way at the top, but end up actually sitting pretty close to the left side of the stage. An auntie/uncle next to us gave us backstage tickets, but they were only two tickets and three of us.

we had fun though. Kailash Kher is awesome live!

I liked Atif Aslam when these teeny bopper girls didn't knwo of him. I saw him live at Wonderland 7-8 years ago, and he was really good. It was mostly just him and his guitar.
