On the same pretext you can deny gravity-nuclear forces.. even your own existence because nothing can be proven as conclusively as you want. I will continue to believe in gravity while are welcome to jump from a high rise building to get a real taste of gravity.
Evolution is a "fact".. recognized by nearly all the major scientist and all the reputable educational institution. Darwin's theory of evolution tries to explain the "fact" of evolution. It may not be true to it's full extent and tomorrow we may have another-better theory to explain the fact of evolution.
Just like gravity is a fact. newton's theory of gravity was replaced by Einstein's theory to explain the 'fact' of gravity.
Your ideas conflict with the understanding of all the reputed scientist-educational institutions of the world. You are welcome to keep your opinion but it will not get any serious recognition from the scientist-acedemic community of the world. With this kind of reasoning the serious academic community of the world will take you as a closed minded religious fanatic insisting on his own dogmas without any logical argument.

I can test gravity and measure it, I have been doing experiments and I teach my kids science with experimentation ... I can see gravity is a phenomenon ... But the graviton is only a theory that I can trust not assume as fact. I trust it because I see the phenomenon of gravity ... The idea behind its explanation - the graviton needs to be explained first.
On the other hand we cannot say evolution is an observable phenomenon, what we can say is that the diversity of life is a phenomenon ... We can also say that all life share the same basic building blocks ... I can't test evolution like I can test gravity and measure it, neither can you or all those scientists who profess to it ... The origin of life however is a mystery for the scientist ... They don't want to admit that to you ... They create an untestable and unfalsifiable theory and then use ideas from its components to draw connections ... This is the recipe for a faith.
In fact in order for something to be called a fact it has to be observable. If it is said that it is a fact and you use similar antics of the tailors who made the emperor's new clothes by saying ... "they are the best clothes, if you can't see them then you are foolish" ... then you are using a psychological trick ... Above you are using that trick ... I don't care about people who believe in it ... Far more people than the scientists believe in Allah (SWT) and we can't prove His existence scientifically either ... But I'm not in the mind to replace one dogma with another ... Or even supplement it ... Life is a fact, gravity is a fact ... Evolution is a proposed explanation that cannot be tested or measured, Newton's law and formula, is a proposed explanation that can be tested and measured within the macro universe of things. It is a useful formula to have.
Evolution theory on the other hand is useless.
Now my argument here is logical ... Isn't it? Show me how it is not.

The bold statement above is a faith statement. The term ‘common’ is an assumption and puts meaning in to the phrase that is unsubstantiated … It infers a link of branching out rather than a link of comparison … 95% of the DNA life determined for chimps is also in humans … Is a better way to say it.
Now please tell me what proportion of which DNA are in each chromosome for chimps and humans?
Chimps have 48 chromosomes, humans have 46 … How many of these chromosomes are the same?

You are not replying that why you think you are more intelligent than an over whelming majority world’s best reputed scientist.. some of the world’s best educational institutions like Harvard-Oxford-Cambridge-Berkeley etc who teach evolution as a “fact”.
There are many people in mental asylums who make such claims.
When I read your example of emperor without clothes… I am not joking these people come to my mind. Some of them claim to be more intelligent than Einstein. Just like you are claiming to be more intelligent-logical than all these reputed educational institutions combined.. and an over whelming majority of world’s most reputed scientist all put together..

They teach religions as theology..
Verifiable history about religions is taught as facts..
Evolution is taught as a "fact" and valid science..

They may teach evolution as fact, but I want to know why it is being taught as a fact … Can you convince me it is a fact? How were you convinced scientifically it is fact … Did you see something evolve?

I can't believe I have to indulge in this kind of discussion.. This sort of question can only be asked by someone who has never been to college.. Evolutionary biology is taught as valid science in every college.. And subject carries its due accredition like any other subject for a degree..

Btw, please learn the difference between a question and a statement.
So now I'm going to ask you a question. What is it that makes evolution a fact and religious studies and creationism less than a fact?

Evolution is a conspiracy ... Where the pushers of it lobby and make it legislation and demand it to be taught. There is no greater reason why it is so widespread ... The origin of life according to atheists is evolution and they have nothing else ... The only way they can get their way is to systematically infiltrate the avenues of spreading their lies though the media and state education.
