Our 17 month old daughter still wakes up through the night and after fighting with the baby AND the daddy for a year, i gave up. All of us get better sleep when she is in a crib in our room. When she cries, hubs brings her into our bed. And we love snuggling with her, esp the part where she holds us tight when sleeping. It is just priceless. The plan is to move her to her own room when she is about 2 IA!

my husband’s brother has 2 daughters 6 and 3 both sleep with parents IMO no good…:nono:

^My BIL bought a freaking huge mansion around the time when second daughter was born, unless space is an issue or some other ‘real’ parental issue, like child’s health etc, kids should sleep in their own bedrooms, it helps kids get better sleep and have a sense of theri own space.

haha yeah thats weird. in my case, we were living in a 1-bedroom apartment for some time… so we had separate beds but in one bedroom…

from the 1st day my son had a bassinet in our room. then, when he was 8/9 month, he moved to his room in a babybed. know he is 5yrs but very night he comes to ur bed...
