around 16....but like you said the world in Pakistan is changing. The land is the same ugly old piece...politicians are thieves...and NOW Pakistani's are trying to act western...THAT'S Totally wrong!!! I mean look at the traffic signals...no one follows them...they just dress and act western...I hate it!!I live in the U.S...and well i see both sides....and to get back to the topic...your 13 year old cousin does not understand Islam...and if he's doing that now think about 10 years from now when he is 23....so yeah...sorry for the rudeness!
