According to above report. Looks like a suicidal crash.

in most cases of accidents, speeding is the reason. in those cases, it has nothing to do with road conditions and/or mechanical condition of the buses. everyone knows that:
speed kills...period!
however, it doesn't mean that road conditions are good OR the buses are road-worthy.
the other infraction that i see common among ALL the accidents is the over-loaded buses. they carry 20-30 people on top of the allowable occupancy. who is responsible for this? police, of course!

Its really scary as there are a ton of people travel everyday thru these buses. One of the biggest problem in Pakistan is irresponsibility. If a driver is reckless, than what else can you expect.
