PPP/PML have not been running Karachi for the last 20 yrs, MQM have been.

If you look at a city like Lahore, it is in much better condition than Karachi, transformed during PML rule.

I am not sure and do not agree with you on this. At the moment Lahore is the prime target of terrorist in Pakistan and the provincial government has failed miserably to secure the innocent citizens…!!!
