I have a 12 Marla plot in ‘Lake City Lahore’ which I’d like to sell before moving back to the States. I bought this plot for rs. 3.2 million and Lake City office is giving the same plot for rs 3.8 million now.
The plot is on lease and I’ve already paid rs 2.6 million. I don’t want any profit ;just to get back what I’ve already paid them. The plot is in M3a;awesome location. I’ve been told by people not to be hasty,but I’ve planned to move back for good.
Furthermore, I’ve heard as soon as the proposed Lahore Ring Rd comes to a conclusion , the plot price is going to escalate 3 times its current value. For all those looking to make profit and have got 2 years to spare;there can’t be a better investment opportunity out there.
