Earlier my tooth was hurting …so i asked todays locum pharmacist what I should take and she said Ibuprofen…higher strength one…
that makes the stomach bleed and I am 100% sure I can feel it right now 
I’d rather not know wot drugs do when they get in the body …cuz I am sure I can taste the blood in my stomach
