^ you surly can but then you have to take there answer. There is no other way around it other than word of mouth. its had to get medical records in fact almost impossible unless lerka himself get the records and hand it over.
At the time of my Rishta, my Father in law and Brother in law almost verified everything. I was living alone in states and that was a big turn off for many parents (and girls) in Pakistan. luckily they did not just say NO, they followed the lead and verified everything. I was not in Pakistan but my parents did take all the degrees, certificates etc. In addition + they also left an album of pictures ..at different stages of my life (school, university, jobs, conferences etc)
