They are a left wing party of no real political significance. There is a green party in the US. Think Dennis Kuchinich’s views but 100 times less likely to have political influence of Pakistan. Only some quite socially liberal youth know about them. They are an underground party. Their policies focus on good justice system, equal rights for women and others as well as environmental issues. I don’t agree with all of their views but i like they are socially liberal.
Pakistan Green Party It started in 2002 but is kind of dead at the moment. It was started by Liaquat Ali Shaikh. The first female Pakistani Muslim MP of a green party in Australia was appointed into a position of parliament recently. Proud of her as she was born and studied in Lahore but made her mark overseas.
