Well, most people here know that I have been married for 12 years and have 2 kids so they assume, and rightly so, that I’m not a nanni munni bachi anymore, and since everyone here seems to be in college or newly married, I automatically have been raised to the aunty status.

Now, a few people call me chachi and mami because they used to call hubby ji chachu and mamu before I joined…so again an automatic status.

I love bhabhi too and bhabs. Shay calls me bhabs. You and Fiona call me bhabi, and I think a couple of others.

it sounds so weird… if you have been married for 12 yrs does not mean that you should be assumed as auntly.
what if a girl marries at 18 and other girl marries at 28…should the newly wed call the girl who 18 auntly ?..
