When Players like Razzaq, Imran Nazir and Hassan Raza are out that certianlly means u need more than talent. And what hurts me the most is Career of Saqlain Mushtaq “it was ruined”
But for some reason i still have some kinda hope that i will make it there someday :s

lol i really wana talk abt it but that wud ruin the thread. I think guys playing in the team are most likely not corrupted; its the ppl in cricket board. So those of u who r well educated shld consider it ur job; make ur place in pcb and bring justice. I really wana play in the team …but its my dream to see Hasan raza in the team soon. what if i get to play in the team with Hassan Raza :d

where you collect the data. When ever we try to think about Pakistan, in term of what need to be done, its always emotions/newspaper-articles and stuff.
I mean where do we get actual data ?? about any thing?? for example
how many ppl killed on the fsd/lahore road.
did we lose more men in war or in road accidents.
stuff like that.

well there is an executive board. in it are the board members. Azkar uncle is the primary owner/webmaster of this site. the board has elected TLK mamo as the director and TLK mamo has then appointed CMs (channel managers) who help him pick the moderators.
unfortunately we do not get paid:cb:

nope not asking their salaries…asking about management structure, if they paid (not what their salary is) and yes a lot of compaines, hospital and other institutions have their management introduction pages

oki let me make it easy for you,
the structure of management is same as any other modern corporate compnay..
TLK (Director) - i don't how much he got probably in 120-150$ k.
Then their are channel managers, their are on the level of 80-90$ k..
Then come the Moderators.. they are payed according to their experience, education & membership.
Usually they get started from 40-45$ k and then with-in 5 years their salary jump to 70k.

oh yeh we always have openings and for this we have partnership with hotjobs.com & Monster.com. You can search our company (Gupshup Inc) and apply for any new opening.
As far as Gupshup Inc. standing in Internet world concerned, we are register in Cayman Island & listed on Nasdaq stock (NY) with the ticker of: GS (gupshup for short).

apples!too .. GS is a non-profit community website. It does not have a mainstream business model yet. We all do our jobs on volunteer basis and there is no cash compensation. Our reward is the relationships that we build and the fun fill and secure atmosphere that we provide to the members.
and yes, we have real jobs/professions outside GS. Some of us work, some have businesses, students, home makers .. all sort of people are part of GS admin team. These people are picked from members and not hired from outside. Just like yourself, every mod/cm/director started as a member.
And i thank you for that Aishoo…

I love this idea.
1) ahh that signature its a long story and a joke.
2) No we can discuss almost anything. There are things I dont talk to anyone about directly or indirectly
3) In some aspects I achieved more than I dreamed, in other aspects things are different than what I dreamed. But then dreams change over time as well, so when I look at some of my dreams I chuckle, some make me sad, some make me feel good and confident and some motivate me.
