Re: ask anyone any question

Jaanwar - Are you pro-animal testing?

Punching Monk - What do you miss most about Pakistan?

Sara - I remember seeing some of your sketches on here…way back…ever thought about putting those great designs into development..??

Red Velvet - If someone offered you a job as the desi version of Oprah, would you take it?

Cadet - What is the reason behind your nick? Were you a military cadet in your youth?

BlindHope - What are you studying?

Kabhi Kabhi - What is the best dish you can make?

MamaOf3 - Are you stilll a mama of 3, or more now?

:chai:

Re: ask anyone any question

aww!! lol. I am still mamaof3! Would welcome an increase but not the thing to do in our current financial situation so I play lotto. With a good win, I could be mamaofmany lol, with a big dude ranch in the wilds of wyoming!! That would be my one wish if I had a wish - I'd adopt the entire busload of those orphans from swat and raise them on the ranch in wyoming with meat and wholesome food at every meal, lots of outdoor activities and a teacher or 2 cause I'd have enough to fill a small schoolhouse.

ah yes....a dollar and a dream.

Meantime....I have a question of my own....

gr8heera are you a male or female? (I'm sorry if this sounds dumb but I cannot tell from your name as I am so unfamiliar with desi terms and names). And what is your age category? I'm just curious...

Red Velvet - If someone offered you a job as the desi version of Oprah, would you take it?

Hmmm, I don't think I'd be able to do as good a job as Oprah.......but yeah I think i might be interested in something like that.

Re: ask anyone any question

hey! that would be really cool if GS made a radio show ....maybe call it The Red Velvet Couch!!!!

Daal i guess :hmmm: I just asked the family and i got a synchronised response of “daal”

it’s eaten as though i’ve made biryani or something!

Maroush - why do you ask??

and do you want to swap your lavish lifestyle with my basic one? :hmmm:

OOOOH!!!!!!!!!!!! I LIKE THAT!!!!!!!!!!!

Re: ask anyone any question

red velvet couch is just setting yourself up for an endless series of umm not so nice jokes...

or maybe its just me.

Re: ask anyone any question

Queer! ack!!! You obviously havent heard of the show "the big comfy couch", a huge hit with the pre-k crowd. I guess "red velvet couch" might in some cases cast a somewhat ... erm ... undesired listener-ship...but then again, it would attract many viewers/listeners too and I'd bet they'd have a good time even if they were attending for the velvety sound of the show lol....

I think we should petition the "powers that be"!!! TLK-bhai, Ehsan-bhai and Muzna baji...what say you? I think it would be smashing!!

I never thought of that........a couch (and a red velvet one at that)......could carry some ...erm....undesired connotations. It's not like I'm having a talk-show. But if I were to have one.......I'll think of a clever title :)

Re: ask anyone any question

redvelvet - do your family and friends in real life come to you for advice?

*mamaof3 *- how did you meet your hubby?

*X2 *- do twins run in your family? or your wife's?

*PunchingMonk *- How much do you bench press?

redvelvet - do your family and friends in real life come to you for advice?

My friends often turn to me for advice and family occasionally does.

Unless my kind, i.e. the great ones, is involved, I could give a chit less.

On a serious note, no I am not. The buggers need to come up with an alternative. Just because we can doesn't justify us doing it.

Maroush - what in your life you could have done/handled better?
