English is just like any other foreign language. Not writing the correct spellings does not make somebody less worthy of respect. There are lots of other Presidents around the world who cannot speak or write English.........
The Dilemma with you Desi People is that your ancestors were ruled by English and you find speaking english as a source of great pride . Isn't that true?

Spanish do not speak English in their country. The French President cannot speak or write English. Most arab leaders dont speak english. The president of Veneuzvela, Peru, Bolivia and so many other countries cannot spell Hippopotamus in English . Whats the big deal ?

Woh chalo Alah bhi likh leta to it would have been acceptable because we cant make Arabic words exactly translated or transformed to English.
But GOD is an english word and if you cant write that, then it means you have spelling problems LOL
