First of all, if it's true how did it leak out? The client-attorney conversation is confidential and no third-person, not even the police, is supposed to know about it.

Secondly, if he isn't guilty, why in the world does he fear the criminal gangs belonging to the illegal betting mafia?

Thirdly, why would he seek asylum in UK where he's likely to be criminally prosecuted? He should be trying to get as far away from UK as possible where at most he'll face a disciplinary action from PCB.
