**I was thinking just like Under-15 and Under-19 where players who are under 15 and under 19 respectively can play, similarly players who are under or at least 23 years old players can play in this tournament.
But looks at players profile of some players like Bilal Asif, Haris Sohail, Muhammad Rizwan or Hammad Azam they all are way over 23. I was thinking about posting this to **Humor **then thought lets confirm this to cricket gurus first. **
No they don’t send normal player or people, there are categories of blindness like A, B, and C. One being totally blind, other is like some who is like David Paterson ex NY Governor who can only see shadows, last one may be can see to a certain distance.
