In power Play 1 only 2 players can be out of the inner circle. . . and 2 men at catching position 15 yards from wicket is must

2nd is the same . . in third one u can have 3 out of circle . . .

well a power play is the period (10 over + 5 over 2 fielders outside the circle + 5 Overs 3 fielders outside the circle) where the fielding side is allowed only 2 fielder outside the 30 yard circle. the Last 5 Overs of Powerplay the fielding Side is allowed 3 fielders outside the 30 yard circle

So batting sides try to take advantage of these restriction to hit over the close in fielders
