Sir ji, Younis usually (and I say usually) scores 30 odd and gets out. This puts pressure on following batsmen. I hope and pray that he starts to build those totals in winning scores like he did today.

^ bhaio.. if you look at the last few innings from younis you will note that his strike rate is pretty good at the end of his innings, no matter how much he scores. I think he has done reasonably well in this department.

what do you expect him to score a 100 in every other match? and between that match and this one, he has scored a 67, 59, and 47. Not that bad I’d say…

Okay so if India lose tomorrow and Pak beat BD, Pak will be through to final. Run rate will not be an issue then. Thats good news but it does not mean India will not win against depleted Lankan side ;)
b/w if any one has watched pak bowling, how do you rate Rauf and Ajmal as bowlers.
Rauf : i've hardly seen his bowling so can't judge
Ajmal: At times it was impossible for Indian batsmen to pick his doosra .... he mixed up them quite well ..... Both Pathan brothers were absolutely at sea against him
But to few to judge how he goes on as we know what happens to new guys in Pakistan team :(

I just hope Sri Lanka takes India seriously and play their best player. But for some reason I think they'll lose to India as they are already in the final and it doesn't make a difference as to whom they play in the final. Both India and Pakistan are capeable of beating SL. Well, let's wish for the best.

You are right, I am running short on memory, partly because I am not following cricket with much enthusiasm as of late. What about a century before that one, how long ago was that? As I know about his first century :)

Thoroughly thrashes by Pakistan. Hope it spurts them to do better against SriLanka. Bowling in this tournament was average. The new offie for pakistan did a tremendous good job.
