hmm.. this is a weird format.. so if India wins group B and Pakistan wins group A, they wont play each other in the Phase B, and will only play if they both qualify for the finals.. Either this is a weird format or their might be a mis-print.. cuz I dont see a A1 VS B1 game there..

Geoffrey Boycott would offer batting tips to Indian cricketers
Legendary cricketer Geoffrey Boycott would offer batting tips to Indian cricketers for two weeks in July, BCCI president Jagmohan Dalmiya said in Kolkata today.
Boycott would begin his stint with a two-day session guiding the senior Indian cricket team on July 4 and 5 in Chennai where the squad is slated to hold a preparatory camp ahead of the tour to Sri Lanka for the July 16-August 2 Asia Cup.
The former England opener would then proceed to Bangalore and attend on the under-19 trainees at the National Cricket Academy for a few days and the India A team that would tour Zimbabwe and Kenya in July-August.
"It has been our endeavour to bring in more and more specialists for the benefit of youngsters," Dalmiya said in a press release.
It may be mentioned that Jonty Rhodes had earlier attended the NCA camp to hone the fielding skills of the players, while sports psychologist Sandy Gordon had sessions with cricketers at different levels.
Speed king Shoaib Akhtar is now having second thoughts about reporting for the Asia Cup training camp in Lahore, as he says he has been "hurt" and "disturbed" by statements of captain Inzamam-ul-Haq and the Pakistan Cricket Board.
Inzamam said Shoaib had cost Pakistan more defeats than victories and that he would personally supervise the fitness test of the 'Rawalpindi Express'.
The fast bowler was also upset after repeatedly reading statements from the board officials that he would only be considered for the Asia Cup if he is was fit and he would get no preferential treatment.
It will be hard for Pakistan if Shoaib Akhtar and team captain Inzaman-ul-haq keep arguing. Then Shoaib Akhtar won't play. India will be really tough to beat.

Match results will go here. That thread is only for whining once we are told that ARY will not telecast the matches in the US.
